Chris Kwan

Executive Director

Ir Chris Kwan is Executive Director of SunlandPlus, Building Services Consultant Firm and focus on business development and technical advisory. He had extensive experiences on REIT / developer. Before joining SunlandPlus, Chris was appointed as Senior Project Manager, Project & Planning Department of Link Asset Management Limited. He had over 15 years’ experience in building services industry to lead E&M professionals and technical staffs of Project & Planning Department. 

Chris has extensive MEP design and project / construction management experiences for awarding sustainable landmark building projects: ranging from shopping malls, high-rise commercial, Grade A offices, residential / serviced apartments, luxury hotels and casino in Macao, HK and China region.

With expertise in sustainability and wellness, extensive experience in international design standards, Chris was invited as Sustainability Advisory Committee of Link REIT to participate in the implementation of Sustainability & Energy Efficiency Certificate Scheme to share technical experience on energy / carbon audit, as well as to develop engineering solutions on new developments and existing Link properties. Chris had strong technical experiences on major retrofit works including chiller replacement / LV main switchboard upgrade projects, with manageable with significant OPEX and energy saving by driving optimization control strategy.

He was qualified person of WSPB (WSD HKSAR), Chartered Engineer (CIBSE UK), BEAM Professional, BEST Authorized Assessor and Members of Professional Review Panel (HKGBC), Registered Professional Engineer of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, (REA HKSAR). Chris was awardee of Outstanding BSE Alumni in 2012, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
